Welcome to the English page for the Gites de Servas
We have 2 gites to rent which can accommodate up to 12 people each. The gites are situated in the village of Servas which is 15 kilometres (around 10 miles) from the main town of Ales. We are in the Gard departement in the Cevennes region. The village itself is very small and quiet but there is a lot to do nearby (www.cevennes-tourisme.fr).
How to get to Servas ?
From England, the easiest way is to fly from Luton Airport to Nimes with Ryanair and then hire a car. Servas is approximately 50 kilometres (30 miles) from Nimes Airport. Alternatively you can fly to Marseilles (with Easyjet) or Montpellier but the drive will take a bit longer.

Gite 1

1 large kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and large dining table
1 large living room with sofa bed (2 persons)
2 bedrooms with 1 king size double beds 
1 bedroom with 3 single beds
1 downstairs bathroom with bath
1 upstairs bathroom with shower
2 toilets (downstairs and upstairs)
Please note that there is a flight of stairs to access Gite 1
There are a table and chairs outside that you can use if you wish to eat outside
Gite 2

1 large kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, frige-freezer, microwave and large dining table
1 large living room with 1 sofa bed (2 persons)and 1 sofa bed (1 person)
1 bedroom with 1 king size double bed
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
1 open mezzanine with a king size double bed
1 downstairs bathroom with bath
1 upstairs bathroom with shower
2 toilets (downstairs and upstairs)
Please note that there is a flight of stairs to access Gite 2
In addition Gite 2 has a 'terrasse' with table and chairs allowing you to eat outside
